Terra Cottage Collectibles is courtesy of, and administered by, AdminAssist.cA which is a business owned by Carolyn Ferguson. TCCollectibles.ca is a new addition to the AdminShop page of AdminAssist.cA. 
Purchases processed through PayPal, cheque or bank money order are payable to "AdminAssist.cA".

We are Carolyn and Del Ferguson and we have developed Terra Cottage Collectibles from an idea to reality by working together for many months at our home in Terra Cotta, Ontario.

It should be assumed that items for sale at Terra Cottage Collectibles are pre-owned and may have been in use for many years. 

We are very careful to ensure items are in excellent condition. However, if we feel the item is desirable despite it's flaws details will be included in the description and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

We are still in the process of developing the TCCollectibles website and are working very hard to get our complete inventory on-line. At the present time we have many more items waiting to be added and Del is busy purchasing new additions almost every week.

The following payment options will be offered at Shopping Cart Checkout:

1. PayPal: 
   Credit card or direct cash payment. 

• Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
  

2. Bank Money Order: 
   (Payable to:  "AdminAssist.cA") 

• Postal Money Orders will not be accepted
  

• Order will be shipped within 3-5 business days following receipt of Bank Money Order.

3. Business or Personal Cheque:
   (Payable to:  "AdminAssist.cA")

• Your order will be shipped when cheque has cleared at bank.

Orders placed by e-mail (not using Shopping Cart) can be paid by mailing a Business or Personal Cheque payable to "AdminAssist.cA" to the address provided in the Confirmation E-mail.

By clicking on the "Buy Now" button the item will be added to the shopping cart. 

You will be presented with a page showing your current cart with that item added. You can choose to delete items, Continue Shopping, or proceed to the payments section.

- Name, Shipping Address and E-mail

We will calculate your order and send you an e-mail with payment options. 

Note: You may use the shopping cart to determine total costs by following directions on that page.  Do not proceed to Payments Section.

All shipments will be by Canada Post Parcel Service unless otherwise noted or requested.  

Shipping charges will be calculated during Shopping Cart Checkout.  Be sure to update Shopping Cart after indicating your location on the "drop down" located below the Shopping Cart. This will determine your Shipping Costs.

Shipping costs for 2 or more items are based on combined weight of package and is therefore more economical than shipping each item individually.  Therefore, if you are considering purchasing more than one item, it is best to order all items at once.

We have made every effort, using reference books as well as on-line research, to provide accurate information regarding authenticity, and value.

Return Policy:

• If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in the original packaging taking proper precautions when repackaging to ensure item will not be damaged.

Damaged Shipments:

• Fragile items are packaged with care to prevent damage during shipping.  Please report any damage to seller immediately and return item in original packaging if possible.
  

• *Return shipping costs are the responsibility
  of the purchaser.

Refunds:

• When returned item is received, we will refund the purchase price as well as any applicable tax and shipping cost*. 
  

• If purchase was part of a multiple order the refund will be based on the portion of shipping cost for the specific item.
  

• Refunds to PayPal will require your PayPal Account e-mail address.
  

• Refunds by Cheque will be issued to purchaser name unless otherwise requested.
